These Terms of Service govern your use of nexuskin.co and purchases made from NEXUSKIN (“NEXUSKIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this website.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Products, Materials, and Fit

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. Natural leather can vary in grain, pores, shade, softness, and surface character, and it can soften or develop a patina with use. These natural variations are not, by themselves, manufacturing defects. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear.

Fit depends on hand measurements, shape, and personal preference. Please review the size guide before ordering. NEXUSKIN gloves are fashion and everyday cold-weather accessories, not personal protective equipment. They are not designed for flame, chemical, electrical, industrial, or prolonged water exposure.

TanTronics leather is designed to support full-palm touchscreen responsiveness during normal use. Actual response can vary with fit, moisture, temperature, device, screen protector, and ordinary wear. Additional information is available on our Leather Care & Product Information page.

3. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, or an incomplete delivery address. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Promotions, discounts, and offer terms may change or end without notice and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently sell and ship within the United States. Complimentary standard shipping is included. Orders are estimated to arrive within 7–15 business days after order confirmation. Delivery timing is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise, and delays can occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control. We will ship within the time promised at checkout or in our order communications. If we cannot do so, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised date or receiving a prompt refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review the return window, condition requirements, fees, non-returnable items, and refund timing before purchasing. Faulty or incorrect items will be handled consistently with applicable consumer rights.

7. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful, personal shopping purposes. You may not interfere with the website’s operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use automated systems to burden the service, or use the website in a way that violates another person’s rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The NEXUSKIN name, branding, website design, text, photographs, graphics, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to NEXUSKIN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the content for personal shopping purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our storefront may use third-party services for hosting, payments, reviews, analytics, and delivery. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices to the services they provide. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

10. Service Availability and Warranties

We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Except for express product promises and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUSKIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a purchase. Where a limitation is permitted, our aggregate liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Changes, Severability, and No Waiver

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
