28-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

• Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in resalable condition.
• Original packaging and labels must be intact and included.
• Worn, damaged, altered, or used items cannot be accepted unless they are faulty.
• Personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return fee

An $8 return charge will be deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply when the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Size exchanges

You may request a size exchange within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must meet the return conditions above. You pay the return shipping cost; NEXUSKIN covers the outbound shipping cost for the first size exchange. The $8 return processing fee applies to refunds, not size exchanges.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original expedited-shipping charges and the return fee are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for protecting returned items in transit until they are received.
