Refund policy

28-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

• Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in resalable condition.
• Original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact and included.
• Worn, damaged, altered, or used items cannot be accepted unless they are faulty.
• A $5 restocking fee may be deducted if product tags or labels have been removed or are missing.
• Personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return fee and exchanges

An $8 return charge will be deducted from your refund. We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To change size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original expedited-shipping charges and the return fee are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for protecting returned items in transit until they are received.
