Materials

The way a glove feels depends on how its materials work together.

Leather shapes the fit and movement; the lining determines how warmth and softness are experienced against the hand. We choose each component for that role, then balance it through the pattern so the finished glove can sit close and move naturally.

French-Finished Nappa Leather

Our Nappa styles use French-finished Nappa made from Ethiopian crossbred sheepskin. It is selected for a supple hand feel and for the way it follows the hand without unnecessary stiffness. Its smooth surface supports the clean, refined look of our classic and long silhouettes. On the storefront, we identify this material simply and consistently as Nappa Leather.

100% Nepalese Cashmere

Every NEXUSKIN glove is lined with 100% Nepalese cashmere. The lining brings warmth and exceptional softness while helping the glove retain a close, low-bulk feel. It is intended to complement the leather rather than overpower it, supporting comfort and dexterity in everyday wear.

Selected Deerskin

Our deerskin style uses selected deerskin. Its characteristic grain gives the glove a visual and tactile character distinct from the smoother finish of Nappa. The style follows the same design priorities as the rest of the collection: a close fit, natural movement, soft cashmere warmth, and full-palm touchscreen utility.

One Tactile System

Across the collection, the outer leather, cashmere lining, pattern, and technology are considered as one system. TanTronics supports full-palm touchscreen use, but the material experience still begins with fit, softness, warmth, and natural movement. For the exact leather used in a particular style, refer to the Materials section on its product page.

Care

Gently wipe light marks with a well-wrung soft cotton cloth dampened with cool or lukewarm water. Do not soak, machine wash, tumble dry, expose to direct sunlight, or place near a heater. For full guidance, see Leather Care & Product Information.
